Wipe Your Record Clean With An Expungement
In Virginia, if you are charged with a crime (even if it is dismissed) evidence of the charge stays on your criminal record forever and can be seen by anyone requesting a criminal background check of you. In order to remove all traces of the charge, Virginia law requires that an expungement order must be granted by the Circuit Court. Don't let past mistakes jeopardize your future. Contact Evans Oliver PLC today to see if you are eligible for an expungement.
